CLASSES
Classes For All AGES AND Fitness Levels
Adult Freestyle kickboxing
Adults free style kick boxing classes are run by our senior instructors offering a friendly, fun environment to learn and develop skills, whilst improving general well being. We follow a syllabus created by the hands down community which allows adults to progress through belt gradings or prepare for competitions.
Our adult classes start from the age of 14. The classes focus on fitness, technique and pad work. We ensure our students work with those of a similar level throughout the classes to be able to teach skill and technique effectively.
Kidzone
Our Kidzone classes teach students from the age of 7-9 adding a technical element to the classes.
We are able to offer a discount to those with siblings who join our children’s classes.
Kids
Our Kids classes teach students between 10 and 14. In these classes children start to learn the adults syllabus, which helps them prepare for their black belt grade if they choose to do so.
We are able to offer a discount to those with siblings who join our children’s classes.
