Training in Croydon

The Croydon class trains in the function room at Harvest Home on Beddington Lane, in Beddington village. Thursday evening runs all three age groups. Saturday morning is the children's session, which suits families who cannot make a weeknight.

Beginners start in the same room as everyone else and work with students at a similar level, so nobody is thrown in at the deep end. Come in comfortable sports clothing for the first session. You do not need gloves, pads or a suit to try it.

Not this one? See the Carshalton class. Monday and Tuesday evenings at the Riverside Centre on Culvers Avenue.
