Beginners are welcome in every session. Trainers and something comfortable is all you need, we lend the pads.

Is the first one free?
Yes. The first session costs nothing and there is no obligation to join afterwards. Book it and turn up.

Sibling discounts are available across the children’s classes. Mention both names when you enquire.

Where do you train?
Riverside Centre in Carshalton on Mondays and Tuesdays, and Harvest Home in Croydon on Thursdays and Saturdays. Full times are in the timetable below.
